Kitchen

Established in 1945 when KA came into being, the Kent Academy kitchen caters for the nutritional requirements and needs of students so as to keep them alert and ready for business of study and living.

Staff

The Kitchen has staff strength of eleven dedicated staffs that are well trained and skilled, who carry out their professional duties with diligence . Headed by a Kitchen Manager, the chefs and bakers, and more, are responsible for providing and preparing relevant and balanced meals for our students.

Menu

We plan our kitchen menus for students from Monday to Sunday each week. These menus include national and continental dishes. We teach pupils standardized eating manners so they are able to fit anywhere in the world without also losing their individual and national identities.

We celebrate each child`s birthday with a cake which they share with three of their school friends whom they personally invite to the special cake table.

Our top most priority is to serve fresh and well balanced meals plus veggies and or fruits in each meal to our children who are always excited to be in the dining during meal times.

Higher grade students are always excited to wait on the younger ones, serving them extra meals, water, fruits, and more.  This modeling helps them to learn the biblical principle of leaders and the strong serving the led and weak in the society.

KA Kitchen welcomes limited orders (booked well ahead) from parents as time permits.
